Fantastically. They were polite, efficient, very competent and cooperative.

I called them on a weekday and they came within an hour.  The ceiling fan cord had broken off. The repairman had the part on his truck.  I don't think the repair   took even 1/2 an hour.  It was fixed quickly and with no fuss.  The next day the bill came in.  Quite frankly I was shocked at the price.  I have used this company before but I think that their prices have gone up tremendously.  Since the electrician doesn't discuss rates and they bill after the repair, you don't know what you're getting into.  Ask first!!!

I used Twinson Electrics the first time in 2011 when a neighbor recommended them.  I had set the appointment and asked for the earliest appointment so my husband could be home before he left for work.  Although he knew this, Mike Harris arrived about 15 minutes late.  He came to give a quote for changing out a timer that is used for my exterior lighting.  I asked what it would cost if they were to check on a wall socket and light switch, both which did not seem to be working.  He replied that if the electricians he sent would be able to do it all within the hour, it would be the quote he provided.
I thought his quote was fair.  The 2 men who came to do the work did everything within the hour.  They changed out the timer and fixed the wall socket and light switch.  However, I expected a better quality timer based on add-on cost of the timer.   I know I could have purchased the same unit for less and it keeps going out so I need to reset the timer often.  Overall, I was satisfied with the work done on the socket and light switch but a little less satisfied with the replacement timer. 
I had actually called him again several months later to have quote on adding light fixtures to my family room walls and adding ceiling fans to a few of my rooms.  Mike came over again and we walked through all the rooms that needed work.  He took notes, gave me suggestions and said he'd be able to quote the lighting a few different ways - recessed lighting, wall sconces and even a track light.  He also said he'd give me a quote to add a ceiling fan to some of the bedrooms.  He told me he was leaving on vacation and that he wouldn't be able to get me a quote until another 2 weeks.  The 2 weeks went by and I waited an extra week before contacting him as I did not hear from him.  I emailed a friendly reminder but he never responded.  I was actually concerned that perhaps something bad occurred while he was on vacation.  I called another week later - and followed up with a second call when I still didn't hear back.  Both times, I had left messages with his answering service.  By this time, over a month had lapsed.  I left him one last email and I had not received ANY repsonse whatsoever from ANY of my follow-ups.  I don't understand why anyone would take the time to see the jobs and then not follow through with estimates.  I had told him before he came what the jobs entailed so there shouldn't have been any surprises.  I will not be using them again.

They have been around for a long time and I know them.  They have dealt with me for years.  I spent $100 on that work. 

He has been excellent every step of the way. He shows up on time, is very courteous, professional, and knowledgable. The price was great, and he cleaned up well afterward! He is conscientious in the work done.

On the recent power problem, they came, they fixed, entirely satisfactory. The young man seemed to work hard. He seemed undeterred by having to go into my messy basement and my husband's messy study, up to the attic, and willing to move furniture. Two years ago, on the kitchen renovation, they just definitely knew what they were doing. They've done the kind of project, all new lighting, many times before, so they knew what to ask me and how to provide the options and they did just fine.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE RELIABLE, PROMPT AND THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DO THE JOB, THEY CLEAN UP AND THEY ARE DONE.

THE TWINS DID WORK FOR US FOR BEFORE. THEY FINISH WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO FINISH. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME. THEY FINISH ON TIME & WITHIN BUDGET. THEY SEND VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
