They are very good and I highly recommend them. I just feel that he is a nice man and he does good work. I had to use a different plumber last year, but this time was better. When I call them up, I get the emergency number right away. He doesn?t give you an estimate until he does the work, and it is hard for me to say whether the price is good or not. He calls me about 20 minutes before he comes. I will definitely use him in the future.

Sometimes the sewer line backs up from the main system, and so they had to clear the sewer line completely, from the house straight out to the main line on the street.

We lost our air conditioning during a hot week. We booked an appt. with S&J a week later on Tuesday because neither my husband nor I could be home to receive them any earlier than that. Knowing we would be suffering, S&J called with an earlier appt. on the Monday when an opening came up. Very thoughtful. They were polite, prompt, professional and shared the problem with me, how I could avoid it in the future, and how they would repair it. The repairs were simple - Freon ($120)and a new filter. If the service were more intricate and they delivered the same quality, I'd happily rate them as excellent versus very good.
