Great, they were very thorough and everything looked clean

Rosa and her team came in and completely cleaned my house. It’s beautiful and everything looks like it did the day it was installed. We had five bathrooms, our kitchen and main area of our house cleaned after an extensive renovation that left every surface filthy. They did such an amazing job that I will definitely be calling them again soon. Can’t recommend them enough!

Rosa and her employees were all very nice, communicative and VERY hard workers. The three of them spent the entire day with me, and they cleaned EVERYTHING: walls, baseboards, under carpets, behind furniture. They even cleaned the ceiling in my bathroom!! Thank you, Rosa, for making my house so lovely!

They did an excellent job! They cleaned everything, even my Wolf gas oven that is not self-cleaning. They handled my high end appliances like pros, and knew how to use products correctly. I will hire them again, and maybe even every other week.

The two-person team did a very good job overall. One slight error as, despite our discussions beforehand, a chemical was used that did a slight amount of damage, but that was not enough to keep us from having them back again.

Rosa is amazing, she is such a dedicated hard worker and really cares about her clients. I have a 3 story old Victorian house and have used several cleaning services over the past few years and Rosa is by far the best! She’s very professional, punctual, easy to schedule and her prices are extremely reasonable. Our house has never been cleaner or looked better. I can’t recommend Rosa enough and wish I’d found her sooner!

Rosa has been with me for 10 years. She's incredible, she's very award about how your home needs to be cleaned well. Shes very conscious with the chemicals she uses. She even organizes your house and supplies, shes amazing. Shes pleasant, she always smiles and brings great people to work with her. I can't say enough about her. She has even helped clients with parties.

Rosa has now cleaned my apartment three times, and I've hired her to return every other week. She has done a nice job at a fair price.

I was not familiar with a deep clean. Now I fully understand. It is the cleaning that most homeowners will not do on their own. It involves cleaning every space in your home. Rosa and her staff really impressed me. They spent 9 hours in our home and walls that I was ready to paint I no longer need to paint. My son's crayons and pencil markings have been removed. So I guess I also saved money and time:) I was also impressed by her organizing skills. We had a closet that was in serious need of organizing. She went in and made it work. We can now walk into the closet and use it. She also ran a few loads of Laundry for us and folded them! Really going above and beyond what we expected. I will hire Rosa and her Staff once a year for spring cleaning and will work with her to schedule an ongoing monthly cleaning.

No stone unturned with Rosa & her crew! We used them for a post renovation clean and could not be happier. No dust anywhere!! They do not cut corners. I will never hire anyone else after using them. Many friends have hired them for jobs and say the same. Highly recommend for weekly cleaning also!

The cleaning went well. Rosa works with her husband and a few other people. They are all very courteous and professional. My house looks great!

My entire first floor was cleaned by 3 people (Dusting, blinds, everything). They did vacuuming, mopping, dusting furniture, and organizing. She is very good at organizing, and did it to perfection.  This team was so good, and made me + my family so happy with the work that we are going to be having them come back on the 16th to do more work (The second floor). Now we are going to have them come on a regular basis. We paid $25 an hour per person. They are so wonderful, and the price was very fair. They do not break anything, or steal. They are very incredible.

Rosa and her team have come to us monthly since 2010.   She is nothing short of AMAZING!  My husband and I are empty nesters who both still work.  Our house is not very big (3 bedrooms, 2 baths, lr, dr, fr, and kitchen, but it can be overwhelming to a working couple.  Rosa and her team took over in 2010 after failed attempts by me to keep up with the cleaning.  Rosa and her team, including her husband Claudio, spent  a day and a half giving our home the most thorough cleaning ever!  I was hooked.  Since that initial visit which was SO needed, Rosa has visited our home once a month.  Her thoroughness and attention to detail are incredible.  
Rosa knows when it's the appropriate time of month to visit our home and she always calls to schedule. I trust her implicitly.  I leave my cat in the house with her and I either go to work or to the library, leaving Rosa and her team to work their magic.
My husband LOVES to come home on the days that Rosa has visited.  He takes a deep breath at the front door and says "Ahhhh.  Rosa and Claudio have been here"!  It's an amazing feeling and we are so grateful to Rosa.  We feel as if she and Claudio are part of four family.

I have been using Rosa and her cleaning crew for five years.  They do a wonderful job and come to my house every other week. She, her husband, Claudio and their crew do an excellent job.  They are quiet and extremely efficient.  They clean the baseboards, move the furniture, wash the kitchen cabinets and get into all the areas every time they come.  Rosa takes pride in her work and is very thorough.  She will spend the time to make your house shine.  But you must be willing to pay for her time.  I do not feel that she is overpriced as I have used many, many cleaning companies and individuals for over 30 years. Rosa Housecleaning is by far the best that I have ever had clean my house.  I trust her and cannot say enough about her service.  There is an old saying, 'You get what you pay for." This is very true with Rosa.

The crew, among who Rosa and her husband are included, are professional, quiet and extremely careful and thorough.

They arrived late, but worked very hard, and pretty efficiently. Language was an occasional problem. There were six workers, only one of whom spoke serviceable English. There was a disagreement over price, involving whether a discount could be used on a negotiated price. It was resolved amicably.

I got them off Angie’s list.  I am not using them anymore and I don’t think I will use them in the future.

I think they are excellent...I would give them an A.

,The work that they did was adequate, however they did not complete the job.  They showed up late, tried to raise the price, did not work the number of hours agreed upon, and did not complete the job.  Very disappointing for a service that seemed to have a good rating.  Will not hire them again, and I suggest that the rating they received on the list is not accurate!
