New construction. Price was fair. System was designed with close consultation in regard to our needs and desires. Installation was a work of art and done efficiently. Systems have given us comfort and NO problems for 22 Years! Don't worry about the B's in my review...I'm a hard marker and rarely give A's.

They did fine. We called them and they came out the same day. They were decent and on time. They did what they needed to do. We were happy with them.

At all times, R and M was able to maintain sufficient AC to keep the house livable until components were fabricated and a new "A" coil delivered and installed. The R and M personnel were all efficient, courteous and well spoken, so there was no communication problem.---Our problem was fully resolved with a minimum of costly renovation.

The company was suppose to come to our new house and assess the central air conditioner unit, clean the unit and instruct us on proper usage. The service man showed up and although he was and quot;niceand quot; he was clearly in a rush to leave. He turned the unit on, tested the temperature of the units...he did not clean the units, but told us to...he also stated that the constant clicking sound was from a faulty switch, but that it was and quot;okand quot; and we could continue to use the unit! While trying to decide with my husband how to handle the faulty switch the service man excused himself and left. I called the company the next day since the clicking from the faulty switch was constant and occurring even when the AC was not in use. They said they would send someone out the next week.
The company called me instead of returning to my home. They instructed my to clean the filter and see if the clicking sound would stop. It did not and I call the company back complaining that the sent me a bill for 161$ and did nothing other than test the temp of the units. They did not do a walk around the house to ensure that the intake was sufficient for the AC unit (as requested), they did not clean the units (as requested), they did not take the time to ensure that the system was safe. Their response was that they are charging me for a basic service call which entails turning the AC on and testing the temp. They offered to return and look at the faulty switch again, but I would be charged for another service call and materials needed.
What a waist of time and hard earned money!! I am now looking for another HVAC that is reliable and affordable.

THEY WERE GREAT AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THAT'S PROFESSIONAL IN MY BOOK. I GAVE THEM A B FOR PUNCTUALITY, BUT IT WAS MORE LIKELY THAT THEY HAD OTHER CUSTOMERS.
