They are okay; I wouldn't say they are any kind of geniuses, but they are good enough. They haven't done the installation yet. I don't want to review them before they actually do it. We didn't try anyone else because they are our fuel provider and they installed a hot water heater for us so we figured we would use them for the air conditioner; they have done maintenance on it before. They did very nice.
They do the annual inspection for free.
