Excellent! Nina Clayton and her team helped me downsize and move into a smaller apt. All boxes were labeled, and moved into the correct rooms in my new apt. They helped find a charity to pick up everything that wouldn't fit in my new home. the move day was painlessly. Everything was unpacked and put away. they even made my bed for me. It was the best money I ever spent.

Organizer did not finish job and was planning to return to finish. Never returned or responded to phone calls to arrange to finish the job, e mails and phone calls have not been return do. It has been six weeks.

Nina was really a pleasure to work with! It's takin me a while to actually write this review but dealing with My Divine Concierge was seamless. Nina helped organize a move and find some new furnishings for my new place. She was very responsive and flexible with my schedule. It was totally worth it and 10/10 I would work with her again!

I spoke to Nina the owner and described my cluttered kitchen cabinets. Sent photos of stuffed, disorganized cabinets . She reassured me that Erica would come and organize. Get rid of duplicate pots of same size. Like with like objects. Erica would complete the complete project for $300. We made appointment and Nina sent Giovanna. Giovanna did not complete the job but said she would come back. we discussed next visit with no mention of additional charge. We did not set another date but agreed to talk. She left her card. Trusting her, I gave her a check for entire job (my mistake). And now they said they would come back for an additional $75 per hour. This would increase my cost above what we had originally agreed. Giovanna stated that perhaps Nina underestimated the job. I supplied Nina with all details and photos requested. Ethically it would seem to me she is bound by the commitment she made. Early this morning I left a voice message for Nina and her e mail response was that she would call later. I have waited patiently for a return call It is now after 7:00 pm . This is my first experience with Angie's List. I relied on Angie's list recommendation and am totally disappointed. I do not like to deal with unethical people as I am always in good faith as evidenced by my full payment in advance trusting the job would be completed promptly as agreed.

Erica was sent to my home to handle this project - SHE WAS AWESOME! I needed someone who could take control of the process and keep me in check (I have a hard time letting go of stuff lol). She was patient as we went through mounds of paper and inches of dust LOL I will absolutely hire this company again - there's much more to do and Erica is the perfect person to do it!

Very satisfied and happy with the work that was done. Nina also secured a storage unit for my extra belongings so the house looked very neat and tidy. Her team has cleaned the home from top to bottom all 4 floors. She has also gotten a gentleman to take care of my yard as I am a young 87 this month. Nina and her team are trustworthy professional and I love the work they do. Have even given her name to my friends. My Divine is just that Divine.

Nina has been to my home several times. I find her a delight to work with and amazing with how much she is able to get me to part with and to the highest level of organized I could believe. She is a breath of free air with her energy and friendly warm profession attitude.  We accomplish every goal I set for our session and the extra benefit is she takes away the donations and is very punctual with on time arrival and departure. I would and have recommended her to my friends and will keep on using her. You should be so lucky to have a Nina in your life.

Right from the initial consult,to the very end I was so impressed with Divine Concierge! Clayton and his partner showed up right on time every time,worked hard,fast and efficiently-this project was done(and done well) in 2- 1/2 days !!,which included the install of my old kitchen on my cement garage walls,completely reorganizing the garage.They took care of everything: sorted,put out the donation pile,took away all debri and tossed'stuff',moved recyclables to pick up point,repacked,labeled remaining'stuff and put it all away-divine indeed !

When they organized the closet, it wasn't what you would expect. Usually this would be with some type of rhyme or reason, but I still don't understand how it was done. I had to keep reaching out to get her to come back and help. In the spring of this year was when I first contacted her for work. At one point, I couldn't find a pair of shoes and she replaced them. She made multiple errors during my tax preparation, and I experienced some losses as a result. We worked together more in the summer, and I didn't notice that certain items I wasn't using had gone missing. For example, she had donated a pair of special boots I need and left me with a pair I can no longer wear. We organized jewelry boxes, but two items have gone missing as I've noticed later. These two bracelets are irreplaceable, and I will never see them again. It's heartbreaking. When I contacted this owner about the missing items, she didn't take any responsibility. She wanted to confirm this with her employee, not with me. She then ceased communication with me. I never received any itemized lists of donated items, and never signed off that anything should be donated. The items were just taken from my home, and it was my word against hers.

"The organizer assigned to Ms. [Member Name Removed] has been in my employment for over 6 years with hundreds of glowing reviews for her skill and attention to detail. All of our organizers are trained to follow a strict set of guidelines for the removal of items for donation which must first have the clients verbal on site permission. Ms. [Member Name Removed] items were listed on a donation slip and none of the items she claims are missing are not on the donation slip. I offered to replace the missing shoes and provide and alternate organizer in keeping with our mission of providing service above and beyond expectations.Ms. [Member Name Removed] accepted the offer from me to purchase her a new pair of $300 shoes and to continue working with the same organizer. I will not speak to her intent of claims during this process,only that it was my intent to protect my company and its dedicated staff when terminating the working relationship."

After a hectic move-in, and a disastrous unpack, I called in the big guns! This crew did a phenomenal job of unpacking, organizing, re-organizing, and setting up my kitchen, master bedroom closets and pantry. They were so quick and efficient we we even time to tackle a few book cases, display shelves, and bathrooms. They always asked my input about placement of items, and I was thrilled with the end result. They also helped organize donation boxes and items to be recycled. I will use them again for sure. They worked for 8 hours in total.

I was extremely pleased with the services provided. Giovanna is an amazing person and she was so supportive in getting me through the process. It was clear that her main priority was making sure I was satisfied with the work being done. I wasn't feeling well and I felt comfortable enough with her to trust her to make some decisions on her own. Otherwise, I probably would have prevented the progress that was made. Giovanna worked steadily and made good use of the time spent. I have a much bigger project to undertake and I will not hesitate to use Giovanna and "My Divine Concierge" again.

I don't live in NYC, but I keep an apartment there for when I am in town. When I am not in town, I depend on My Divine Concierge (MDC), and have been using them for years, to manage my apartment. For example, I have them make weekly visits to the apartment, and their eagle-eyed staff identified a problem with our upstairs neighbor's plumbing weeks before it became critical. Having My Divine Concierge visit my apartment weekly has provided me with the confidence that everything is ok, even if I am away from my apartment for months.  I've had several other issues with my apartment, and MDC provided the full spectrum of service needed, from researching viable contractors and phone screening them to determine their credentials to do repairs or improvements, to being at the apartment to oversee the workers. When a bathroom fan was just rattling too much, MDC had someone on their own staff remove the fan and repair it. When carpet beetles somehow found their way onto a rug, MDC talked to exterminators, determined that chemicals were overkill, and had a team of their people come in and deep-clean every corner of the apartment. I could go on and on, but basically MDC has made my intermittent appearances at my apartment to be care free. I highly recommend them.

It went very well. It is important to have your list of priorities ready so that you don't waste time. We got focused very quickly on items to be sorted out. She was very helpful in making decisions of what should be kept, donated or tossed. She even took the donations to good will and mailed me the receipt.
