Kyle Fanning came with one of his team members to address some major issues we were having with our circuit breaker tripping. We were losing power to our furnace and the source was unknown. Through trouble shooting, the problem was discovered and resolved quickly. This team is top notch! Good people, friendly, professional, uhonest, fair, and you can tell that they genuinely want to do proper and safe work at a fair price. This is now our go-to source for help with electrical. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Went very well. We weren't aware the relay was broken until the thermostat was replaced and the heat didn't come on. The part was ordered and 2 days later Fanning returned and replaced it.

they put some oil in my generator, it was good. they also helped me around the house with some other things. They are very confident, i just thought the price was a little high.

Things went well. Very little visible sign of work done in the basement of cut outs as they used telescopic wands to run lines. I compare this to the messy electrician I used in Manhattan who used a claw hammer and made big holes every 6" for 15' when installing a new wall light fixture so Fanning electricians did a very clean professional job. My only complaint is that I had to chase Mark twice to get a proposal which was a couple of hundred dollars more than what Tyler quoted me in person (I don't believe there was any miscommunication) so I have to deduct 1/2 star for that.

I was totally pleased with the work done. All the people at Fanning Electric, including Mark, Eilene, and Taylor, were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. I do not have a good grasp of electrical matters, but I was given options with explanations of the work that was needed. The work was done promptly and all seems to be secure and working well. My problem started back with Hurricane Sandy when a fallen tree took down exterior electrical wires between a utility pole on my property and my garage. Con Ed (after 15 days) reattached the wires, but not securely. Another storm late last year brought them down again. They were temporarily put back up by another contractor. Fanning Electric put the wires back up in a secure and permanent manner that is up to code. I have confidence that I will not have the same problem again. Mostly I want to say that all of the people mentioned above were extremely helpful and made this experience not only painless, but pleasant.

We highly recommend Fanning Electrical. Extremely buttoned up and professional. They called when they said they were going to call and they showed up at the time agreed. The electrician who did the job was very courteous and knowledgable and was done with the job in about 5 hours. They followed up with the town of Croton and set up an appointment for the inspection afterwards. We wish all contractors could be Fanning Electrical. If you have electrical work to be done, look no further.

i very much liked the electrician who worked with us (john), who was conscientious and a nice guy...but found dealing with "the office" less pleasant. i did feel there was too much nickel-and-dime-ing, and not enough commitment to the totality of the job. i would have preferred the sense that i was working with a partner rather than constantly negotiating with a disinterested supplier.
that said, however, i have no complaints with the work per se, which seemed to be quite good--altho there were some difficulties with installing newer and/or more complicated fixtures.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and friendly while visiting. They did an excellent job with the lighting and even gave me a 10% discount. The pricing was much better than other company I looked into. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I am very pleased with them. I know them; I've used them before. So they are a good company. They gave me 10% senior citizen discount. Their prices are fair. They usually do what they say they're going to do. They are just pleasant, it is easy to deal with them. They are very nice people.

I called Fanning Electrical described our problem and within 24 hours they came to do the job. The electrician, Taylor, was polite and completed the job quickly. I will call Fanning again with any additional problems.

Mark came to look at the job, came up with an optimal solution and gave me an estimate. The electricians did the installation inside and outside, very professionally and with minimal interference. They stayed around until the whole system was tested, has never been a problem since. Overall, very positive experience, will certainly keep them in mind for any future projects.

They looked at what I needed done and gave an estimate in writing. I sent the estimate back after I singed it. The man came last thursday and was very pleasant. He was very neat and I was amazed that he put down drop clothes so that he didnt get marks on my carpet. He had to do some work before the refridgerator and he swept everything up. I had some outside work done and a few things done in the kitchen living room and master bedroom closet. He left everything in perfect shape. They did the work for the price they said that they would do it.
