The project went very smoothly. Ganpalo always showed up. There were no delays and no surprises. Any issues that arose were immediately handled without problems. Contractor did a wonder job.

My roof was a disaster, there were shingles from he wind on the ground every day, it was time. I called a couple of places but the estimates were to high and the job date was to far, Gonzalo was able to get me in his schedule with in 2 weeks, and the price was fair for the work that needed to be done. I was very pleased and will use him again for other home improvements.

It was a pleasure, Gonzalo is the owner of the business he came to my house walked around the property gave me an estimte with in 2 days via email. He was clear on his pricing, accurate with his estimate and fair. The roof took 4 days to complete. I had a broken walkway with bricks lifted and chipped, DLS broke up the patio and reseal the walkway laying new stone and mortar, everything looks wonderful and i am very pleased.
