I was absolutely delighted with the professionalism and quality of care given.  Carl, the owner, came to the house and gave me a written estimate before I scheduled the appointment.  He took careful measurements of the areas that needed to be cleaned.  On the day of the service, he, his wife and another individual spent more than 3 hours vacuuming, cleaning, raking to lift the nap and hand cleaning areas they couldn't get by the machine. I'm somewhat allergic to dust and I immediately felt better once the rugs were cleaned. The carpets were totally dry to the touch by the next day.  Carl also followed up the next day to find out how I felt about the work that was done.
The final cost matched the quote to the penny.  They were absolutely meticulous and my carpets look amazing.    I've already recommended them to my neighbor.

Carlan Cleaners did a wonderful job on my carpeted stairs. Forgot to mention the carpet is beige (almost white) so you can imagine how my stairs looked before they cleaned them. Now my stairs look almost new. The money I saved from not having to purchase carpet was a huge savings. They are a very professional family company and I look forward to telling my friends all about them.

The vendor showed up on time for an estimate. Gave an exact price and, as it turned out, an exact description of what they would do and what to expect. On the scheduled day, they showed up exactly on time. The entire job was completed in two hours as estimated. All of our carpets in the areas cleaned are a beige color with heavy traffic markings. They had not been cleaned in five years. Carl, his wife, and a helper did an excellent job. About 99% of the markings are gone and the carpets are 2 shades lighter. Probably the original color. All of the furniture looks great against the clean carpet. There was no fumes or smell and most of the carpet dried by that evening. Some of the heavier traffic spots had needed more work and took longer to dry. Everything was dry by noon the next day. My greatest concern was some "humps" that had appeared. I was told by Carl that they would disappear the next day. They did completely. This is a true professional with, obviously, years of experience. The final price was exactly the estimate to the penny. Everything was done on time, no fuss, no surprises. We plan to hire them again next year.

They came ontime to make the estimate.
When we realized we had an earlier day free they came on that day.
They estimated arrival during a half hour span and arrived right in the middle of it.
The time estimate was again correct.  The estimate was with a half hour window and they completed right in the middle of the estimated time.
The estimated cost was exactly what it cost even though there were some difficult spots.
There was one place that could not be cleaned as my child had damaged it.
They made sure I was aware of it and even apologized that they could not handle it (a mix of paint and nail polish that had been there a long time.
Plus they call the next day to ensure everything dries properly.
We are very satisfied in every way.

He called originally to rearrange a schedule and they arrived when they say they would. Everything just went well. He did a good job on the carpets. They were polite and clean and left the place clean.

When a toilet overflowed in our basement on Thanksgiving evening, Carl came out on Friday, just a few hours after I called to give us an estimate. He and his crew came and cleaned the carpet the very next day. I was expecting to need to wait a few days due to the holidays, but Carl was very accommodating and came on a Saturday during the holiday weekend. They were very punctual and did a great job. The carpet was dry within a few hours. We were very pleased.

I have used Carlan Cleaners a number of times over the years for both carpet and upholstery cleaning. Carlan provided us with a detailed, room by room estimate, and although the sectional took much longer than anticipated (darn cat fur!!) the final price was as originally estimated. Their price included six rooms of rugs plus 4 hall way area rugs/runners, two sets of stair runners and an oversized sectional. Very reasonable pricing! They arrived on the agreed upon date & time, and took great care in ensuring that the rooms were left in perfect order. The only prep work required on my part, was to remove any breakables. Carlan, his wife & assistant were all very professional. I will use them again in the future, and I'd recommend their services.

It started with a phone call, was followed by a visit to the house to inspect and measure the carpets, and resulted in an estimate for what could be cleaned and an explanation of what could not be cleaned.  I agreed to the estimate, and the following week Carl McKenzie and his helpers showed up on time and did a fine job.

Two men arrived as scheduled and proceeded to clean my upstairs carpet. They worked quickly but carefully and when they were done I paid and they left. They did an outstanding job.

Carl was prompt and on time. He even confirmed the date/time before, so we knew what to expect. He did a great and thorough job explaining what he was doing every step along the way. He was clean and respectful of our home and our belongings. What a difference the carpet cleaning made. And, it dried much faster than I was expecting. Mr. Carl McKenzie, the owner of the company is a very nice man and is great. He was prompt and neat. He gave me a price before getting the work done. He came in to do the job and completed the work in an hour and a half which was outstanding. He did a great job. I have 2 little dogs that are getting older and have accidents every now and then. He said that he was going to be there at 9 o’clock and he was there at 10 o’clock. I also had him do my daughters condominium which was about 3 months ago. It was like the 3rd or 4th time we had him back when he came to my house 2 months ago in the last 4 years. I will definitely use his services in the future as well.

I had an expensive area rug that was made for my home and a couch. There were terrible animal stains on it and I thought it would never ever come out. The area rug was a small one so I thought no one would come out to clean a little area rug like mine. I saw a review of Mr. Carlan in a magazine and I thought I would try him. He was the loveliest gentleman. He is an older man who runs his own business. He has been running the business for many years. He was careful, courteous and thorough. He did a remarkable job. It looked like a brand new couch and a brand new carpet when he was done. I was seldom been treated that graciously and professionally. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He left me with a bottle of spot carpet treatment. It was great. He was beyond wonderful. His price was a reasonable. He was absolutely a treasure. I would send him to my best friend. He was terrific.
