The minor project took way too long, and my wife was not satisfied with the power washing. The painter, Jack, did a great job and I would hire him separately in the future.

Very unusual that the contractor had no ladder or any other means to access the gutters. Used a neighbors ladder from across the street and my equipment from our house.
