Jeff was terrific. He contacted me immediately. He came for an estimate the very next day. He was knowledgeable, professional yet personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully. Within a week he was back with his son to install the system. They were again prompt, professional and kind. They took great care to work neatly in my home and let it as though they were never here. The statement looks terrific and after doing another test, it works as promised. Jeff was always approachable. His follow up and communication throughout was terrific. I felt his price was also fair based on the research I had done. I cannot recommend then enough and already have. Thank you for the great job.

Had a failed fan and needed a new sump cover installed. Came out within 2 hours to fix the fan and make measurements for the sump cover. Installed sump cover the next day. I was extremely pleased to get both peoblems fixed so quickly. I highly recommend WNY Radon Mitigation .

My house was tested before I bought it as part of a home inspection and it measured to be 36, where anything above 4 is bad. I called and spoke with Jeff and he expressed confidence that he would be able to get that below 4 with little to no issue. Fast forward and the seller decided to use someone else and they did a horrible job but the radon tested at around 4. I called Jeff hires him to redo the job and now the radon level is at a 0.6! Great guy, very professional, and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend you call Jeff at WNY Radon Mitigation if you have any radon issues or concerns.

The explanation and the walk through was very thorough and you totally understood the process involved. The quality of the workmanship was second to none, and I m a do it yourself person with OCD that doesn t think that much at all about others work. The job looks great and Jeff almost made it invisible from the outside which was important to me. Also the custom made extras that other companies weren t offering like the custom sump cover.
