It's a good shuttle service and they're professionalism is good. I would use them again. If I have another recall on the vehicle, I have to take it do a dealer. I have no other choice.

I went there a lot of time. The main reason was I bought the car there and had the annual services. I went there many years but there’s a gap. I bought the car, I believe it was in 2007, and I went there for the annual service for over a year and then I skipped a few years, but then there was a recall on the vehicle so I went back again. I bought the vehicle, not from West Herr, but from another Toyota dealer, but they’re a little too far from where I live, so I come to get my service from a different Toyota dealer. I went there for 3 or 4 years in a row and then I quit because their price is a lot higher so I go someplace else for New York inspections and oil changes and stuff like that. Their workshop is very neat and clean. Their personnel is very courteous. When you make an appointment to drop off the car, they get all the stuff ready for you. They have excellent secretaries and where ever you need to go they drive you over there. When your vehicle is ready, they pick you us.

They have an excellent shuttle services. Their price is on the high end.
