Everything is included in my payments because they own the vehicle, so naturally they want things taken care of. My husband took the car. My husband said that when he goes in they are very friendly, very prompt and pretty quick service.

I waited for my car, it was in and out in approx 30 minutes and a new seat switch was ordered under warranty! The folks at West Herr Nissan are the best in the business.

I have very been pleased with their service so far. I don’t think their prices are out of line for what they did. On one occasion, they did some warranty work for me. They had to keep my car for a couple of extra days than scheduled. So they gave me their own car to use which was nice.

They were okay. They are your typical dealer. You always get jerked around in the car buying process. I did however take it back once during the 90 day warranty period and the service department treated me wonderfully. I just feel that the salesman are the biggest liars in the word, but that is just something that you have to deal with.
