It's been good.

I have a service agreement with them. They come and check out my furnace this time of year, in fact I am due to call them and my air conditioning in May or early summer. Plus I get some sort of preference if there is a problem in any emergency service. The total for that is $158 plus tax. I think their pricing is fair. I think their punctuality is good. I recommend them for others.

Excellent work. Came out for an estimate quickly, Took a week to schedule installation. Corrected work done by another company when new furnace was installed. New air condition is very quiet. Lenox air conditioners are rated very well. They were on time and very polite. Made sure everything worked including the existing thermostat.

I had an emergency.  It was very good.  Everything was excellent.  I would definitely recommend Vastola.

I had trouble with them.  It took them a while to come here.  

I?m kind of stuck because I have a ten year warranty with them with parts and labor.  So they have to come here every year to service it or the warranty is no good.  The furnace is fine and the installers are fine, it?s the owner I have troubles with.  He is not very professional.   

They've always been there for us and they come when we need them.

All went just fine.

They were awesome. The salesperson even came back to check on the people that did the job and look at the job that they did; that is how much they cared. He didn't like the way they put one of the units in and he made them come back and change it. The workers were all professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up their work when they were done. They were all very personable; if I asked them a question they would answer me. They were all down-to-earth kind of people. The salesperson did his best to give me a discount.

I called Vastola Friday when i realized my furnace had stopped working. It was Novemeber, it was cold but not that cold. By Monday morning at 7 am they were there to install my furnance. Their workeres wre very professional, and considerate. They even played with my cat! They had the furnance in in no time, they hauled the old one away. It works perfectly, and my gas bill is cheaper!

Initial installation took nearly an entire month. The techs had to keep coming back to jury-rig the piping, electrical, etc. When it failed during the summer of 2009, Vastola admitted they sold me a lemon yet wouldn't take it back. The GM admitted they no longer even sell that brand, which in my mind as the customer is admitting culpability. I've spoken to the parts manager, the general manager and the president of the parent company, MJ Mechanical. The second boiler was sold to me at cost, which was $3,900. The saving grace from their standpoint was a rebate from National Fuel and a possible rebate from the government -- which I can apply for with my tax return in April 2010. Now, with the new boiler and the hot water tank ($500), I'm into them for $9,500. The last straw is that, throughout this process, i.e., for the past six months, I've asked repeatedly for records of all my service calls since the Munchkin was installed in 2004 (approximately 18 by my count), and they have not produced it. Oddly, they have no problem creating an invoice and sending it to me for prompt payment, nor do they find it difficult to send me a sales solicitation for a preventive maintenance agreement. Unreal.

VERY WELL AS ALWAYS. I'VE USED THEM FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS, PROMPT AND FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY RESPONDED TO THIS CALL IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. THEY RECOMMEND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AN PROVIDE OPTIONS TO SUIT YOUR SITUATION AND BUDGET. I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE ELSE FOR MY HEATING and AC WORK. PROBABLY A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS BUT WORTH IT.

I know other people who have used Vastola, and most say the company is expensive, even though they do good work. A friend had recommended Vastola but I would not use them again because they charge too much. I have no complaints about the job they did.

Vastola Heating didn't show up at the time of install. We had to reschedule 3 to 4 different times; then they didn't bring the right tools when they came back. They made us feel like they were losing business because of us. Just all around poor service.

Vastola Heating is very easy to deal with. They are very pleasant people. The techs are fine as well. I am well satisfied, and will use them again.
