Mortgage Companies
Since I had previously dealt with Territory Mortgage, I called them again. With both Territory and myself being organized, whatever was needed got done relatively quick. The closing was effortless, and took very little time. I got the best rate possible for my situation. I would highly recommend Dave and that office. I was referred to them by my sister and brother-in-law, and am glad they did. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Consideration was given to my work schedule, and the fact that I needed to schedule the contractor to do the work. It was an extremely pleasant experience.
