Furniture - Sales
Delivery was a no show on the appointed date though I took the time off of work. When the merchandise was delivered it was late and the love seat was damaged. Delivery person told me to keep it and it would be repaired. Owner came out to assess the damage. He was late causing me to take off from work unnecessarily. Repair person was a no show twice. The one time he did show up the replacement piece had been put together up side down. All in all I have taken off from work four times and stayed at home three Saturdays trying to get this resolved.
