This was the first time I had used their service. They were professional, thorough, and explained everything in detail on the return. Mark explained what to plan for next year's return. They were able to get $500 more in this year's return compared to previous years with another preparer. They were also available to answer questions any time. Will use their service again.

They do their job. I just take it over, drop it off, and they take care of it. If there are any questions, they call, and if I want, I can have a meeting, which I don't normally. They are punctual, and they get it done and drop it off, and it takes them a couple of weeks to do it. I have used them all the time, and I would use them again.
