I was really disappointed in Raymour & Flanigan Furniture. They sold us a warranty for 3 years called a platinum warranty for $299. They said that they would take care of any problems for 3 years after the manufacturer's warranty, but they didn't tell us they wouldn't take care of any problems with wear or anything like that. They made it sound like it was a general take care of your problems for 3 years warranty after the manufacturer warranty when in actuality it would only take care of the mechanisms in the furniture. They misrepresented their warranty. He told me a lie when he sold me that stuff. That was bad.
