This company is now BUFFALO EXTERMINATING / ROCHESTER EXTERMINATING
We signed a contract with Buffalo Exterminating/Rochester Exterminating in 2009. This contract gives us a 12-month protection plan for our property and we felt the cost was reasonable...an initial sign up fee (~$250.00) with a current monthly payment of $39.42. We have been very satisfied with this company. The services they perform have resolved our issues of ants (carpenter & small), spiders, bees, wasps, etc. in the home and outside. Our only complaint is that not all the techs performed equally...we personally have had techs assigned to us that provided us the most fantastic and thorough inspections but we have also
had one tech that wasn't very good (and we understand has since been let go by the company). All in all though, we have been very happy with the services rendered, the quick response to our needs, the service providers and the scheduling department. Would definitely recommend this company.

Pioneer Pest Management is very professional. The treatment is guaranteed for the season, and if we need anything re-sprayed they will come back and spray again. They are always here when we schedule them. We have never had a single problem.
