PHIL-CO HEATING & COOLING

I used a different company (Rooter)  before but they are too expensive but as far as you have the money I really like them.  I don?t know if I should tell you the price because he might not want to do this price to other people.  He told me that he is raising the prices but I was happy with the price.   

I feel like he was helpful but he was fine.  He was a little weird.  Fro professionalism I give him a "C" just because he was helpful.  I will probably use him in the future but I always compare prices.  

I called Phil because he was the person that installed the furnace about 8 years ago.  I told him that our basement had flooded a couple of weeks ago, and although the furnace seemed to be working well, we wanted to have it checked over.  He came out within a half hour, checked the motor and other parts, cleaned a dirty sensor and was done within an hour.  He was very personable and professional and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need.

Phil arrived when he said he would.  He replaced the thermocouple and my furnace is working. Since my furnace is old, he provided me with information / brochure on more efficient furnaces along with incentive programs.  He said the programs were only valid for a few more days.  I appreciated the information.

He beat the best price we had by 1000 dollars. He made recommendations to us. He came and did what he said he was going to do. He came back and checked on it to make sure it was working correctly. He also gave us instructions on how to use it. We have recommended him to others.
