AVOID ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH THIS PROPERY OWNER! He takes poor care of the property and tries to add fictional charges to renter's accounts when they try to move out. He also hired a construction crew to renovate the apartment next door on Christmas Day, in spite of knowing the noise and inconvenience that it would obviously create. The maintenance staff will not plow or repair anything without multiple calls. If you try to leave without giving him whatever he wants, he will take you to court. I had 3 other neighbors who had the same experience that I did. Be ready to lose money or go to court if you choose to rent an apartment from Ken Thomas.
