John Mouw - State Farm Insurance

Over the course of 10 years, I was with State Farm. After recently moving to the area, I had an accident that required repairs. I was suggested a choice of two preferred shops. I chose one and took in my vehicle. I was quoted an amount and agreed to all the suggested work. Following the completion of the work, I paid the amount in full and took my vehicle. State Farm reimbursed me for the costs (minus my deductible). Over 6 months later the shop insisted that I did not pay in full. After providing all documents proving I paid, State Farm suggested I be taken to court since I refused to pay. At the end of the day, State Farm & this office in particular did not communicate anything to me. I was left in the dark and was left doing the digging and hounding until I got answers. This office is not focused on customer service whatsoever and didn't care that I was going to be leaving them. I will never go back and can never recommend S.F. or this office to anyone.
