Always happy with their work.

Poor-  Owner took weeks to get in touch with me about the job, was late to the job, he left, his crew did not fully know the job scope,  I had to explain  it to them.  They did not cover anything in my attic, blew celouse where it was not suppose to go and left 2 cavities empty.  I called and they came back to clean up and fill cavities.

They are cheap. The quality is pretty questionable; they don’t do really good quality work. If we need something just thrown together, they can do it. Their quality is pretty bad.

I liked the sales rep and I would recommend their services to others.  Price wise I don’t recall the price specifically but at that time it was adequate for us.  We were very happy with the quality of their service.  They were very professional.  We would use them in the future.

These guys were very professional and friendly.  The owner Fred is very nice and didn't talk down to me like most contractors do, and he didn't try to hard-sell me on anything.  He genuinely seemed concerned about fixing my problem, and not just getting on to the next job.  The workers were good too, they showed up on time and didn't make a mess.  They weren't super-fast but they got the job done.  I can definitely recommend this company, and I will be using them again in the future. 

Overall, the experience was very good. Good communication. I'm impressed with the work that they did; I have an older house and they made it look pretty good. They even did some extra work that was needed. I'm happy with their services.

Elite Property Maintenance was able to come out on short notice and do a major gutter cleaning on a neglected property I recently purchased. Only "complaint" is that I didn't know when they were coming out to the property to do the cleaning but when I arrived the cleaning had been completed, all debris bagged and left by the garage, and an invoice left in the door.

Would use Elite again, this was the only company I contacted that would commit to a quick turn around time for services.

I was having ice dam problems after a tear off roof replacement. Wanted to identify the problem, eliminate the ice issue, and ensure the house was as insulated properly. Found the company through the Better Business Bureau site.

Was extermely pleased at the overall professionalism and quality of the work. The assessment started with a complete home energy audit to identify areas to be addressed. In addition, the owner listened to me as I described my problem, and while explaining the results of the energy audit, focused the overall efforts on my problem to be solved. Fully explained all work to be done, in addition to why it was important. Of the 3 estimates I received, this approach was by far the most thorough, honest, and appropriate. This was the only company to note the blocked soffits, which was one of the root causes of the ice buildup. The owner identified the issues contributing to the problem I was having, versus simply throwing a band-aid type fix on it. The other 2 estimtates only wanted to add additional insulation without fixing the underlying problem, which was improving the roof ventilation. When the work was complete, my ice problem significnatly improved, and the house appears to be more energy efficient overall. I was pleased that there was no sales pitch for services I didn't need or want. Furthermore, I had a follow-up question the following winter regarding the roof ventialtion and some minor ice damming, and the owner promptly came out to evaluate, explain, and check out the situation, which turned out to be related to old windows and not the insulation work that had been done. I am very pleased and would recommend this company again without question.

Excellent to deal with. Owner comes out and quotes. Nice person to work with. Responsive. Competitive quote. Workers very professional and accommodating - did a great job and very tidy. Could not hope for better company to work with. Highly recommended.

I know the owner and his family. He seems to have a problem with workers. He would send somebody out and I wasn't happy so he would come out or send someone else. It seemed liked there was an awful lot of coming back. The shutters look lovely. They seemed expensive and we paid several thousand dollars for the insulation. I haven't noticed a difference in the heating bills so I need to call them to find out what they used.

Excellent! Scott the operator kept me informed that he was delayed a bit. Came to our house late afternoon and completed the job. The gutters, because they had a gutter guard were generally clean. He recommended installing end cap guards to prevent access by little critters. All for a very reasonable cost of $10.00. Could not beat that. Proceeded to clean the SE gutter/drain and found two pieces of roofing shingles that prevented the rainwater from draining properly. All said and done, this is the way a cleaning job is supposed to go. And yes we are pleased with the work, courtesy and professionalism of the employee. Will I hire these people again. Yes!

They were good and seemed to be the first honest insulations guys to come through my door. They were up front on cost and on what I could expect. Never felt like I was being sold and they were candid about stuff I might be able to do myself.

The job was done very efficiently, cleaned up afterwords & workers were well trained.

When I call them, they respond pretty quickly. They come the day that they are supposed to come. The last time they were at my place, they actually took the waste and disposed of it for me.

Arrived on time as promised and left the premises with all debris neatly bagged for garbage disposal.
