Brian, owner & his team did complete tear out and renovated two full baths in two separate residences on same property, simultaneously. Homes were built in 1950's with original fixtures. Both baths required additional electrical and plumbing updates and realignment. Framework replaced and added where needed to accommodate the new fixtures. All dry wall replaced. Floor and portion of walls tiled, grouted and sealed. Remainder of walls painted. Brian custom built two beautiful vanities so that we could utilize our space efficiently, affording us more countertop and storage as possible. He used soft close hardware for drawers and hinges - absolutely beautiful! Countertops are Quartz. It was an absolute pleasure having Brian and his team in our home. They were professional and considerate. I was never blindsided. When a concern or issue came up, Brian brought it to my attention immediately and it was addressed. Adhesive plastic was laid in the high traffic areas and they picked up and kept work areas neat and as clean as possible. Brian is detailed and meticulous, resulting in a high quality result!
