Description of Work: We bought a couch from Ashley Furniture. It was a reclining seat, and they also delivered it.

 + -1 moreWe bought a living room furniture set in May of 2009 and right after the one year warranty expired the seat cushions and back cushions started sinking down and the fabric was wearing out on the arms. They sent out a repairman who said it was normal wear and that they will, as a courtesy out of warranty, replace the stuffing in the back cushions which they did. The back cushions once again crushed down and after 2 years the furniture is worthless. You sink far down and lean far back and it makes cracking noises. Ashley sells nice looking, extremely poor made furniture and gets out of all responsibility with their one year warranty. Don't buy anything from Ashley!
