Greg and his partner did an excellent job of replacing our old furnace with a new model. They thoroughly cleaned up and were both timely and efficient.

Thank you Armor for doing such an excellent job replacing our furnace, AC and air cleaner. The crew arrived promptly. They started working immediately and efficiently. My questions were all answered and they were well informed on all aspects. The men were courteous and professional leaving the site clean and neat before they left. It was a pleasure to work with Greg and his team. I would definitely recommend Armor Heating to my friends.

The Missus had eight (8), yes eight Heating/Air Conditiong companies come to our home. The Armour rep blew us away with his professionalism and knowledge. His estimate was extremely competitive as well and we wasted no time in hiring Armor! The installation crew was on time, professional, and in no time our furnace was installed. We had an issue with one room colder than the rest of the house. The installers analyzed the situation and came up with a solution than incurred no cost. They are coming back in the spring to install the air conditioner. Can't say how pleased we are with the experience that is sometimes stressful and Armor caused ZERO stress. Can't recommend them highly enough!!!?

Excellent delivery on initial appointment, customer service/questions and installation. Armor has served my grandparents and now my family. 5 star rating absolutely, Tom, Aaron and Scott did a fantastic job.

They came in assessed the situation and it ended up being a broken thermostat. They were fast and honest, they also gave us some advice regarding an AC issue we had and we will most likely call them come summer.

They are excellent. The work took over two year period. It took about three days each. Their were three workers for the furnace, and two workers for the AC. The past experience with furnace workers, they are top notch. The way they did the duct work and tubing,very good work, clean work.

It was fast. They were very professional and kept to their word. They said it was going to be done within a day and it was done. They conferred with us, they had some questions about placement. They listened to our concerns and followed up on our requests.

We have used them before. The cost was all rolled in to the price of the kitchen remodel.

I have been using Armor Heating for years at 2 different homes in Orchard Park for annual check up of my AC/Furnace unit. The technicians were always very professional, thoroughly cleaned the heavy metal filters of my unit, checked everything, and it always cost around $80-85. This year, I called to make an appointment, confirming around the same price. The technician arrived on the wrong day, a day prior the actual appointment while I was at work; thankfully someone was home. I was told he cleaned the filter, added refrigerant, and changed the humidifier filter, but the bill was $217!!! Charging his time $115 plus items plus tax. I did not expect suck a high rate for a check up. When I called, I was told that they charge $95 per half hour, completely different from what I was told when making the appointment and from the prior years where the guy would stay almost an hour for $85. I will not use them again.

These guys were great!  They came out same day and were super flexible about changing the time.  They were on time, professional and were in and out in no time and at a decent price.  I've already started recommending them to family and friends.

I needed a installer for a new gas insert i already had obtained. Armor helped me out. They were priced fairly and their installers were knowledgeable and professional. was able to schedule the install much faster than i anticipated, a bonus! They showed up exactly on-time and were done in about 2-1/2 hours start to finish, even with a few unexpected modifications they had to do to my 60 year old ranch. I'd use them again anytime..

The workers arrived Monday morning at 8:30am and by 3pm the furnace was installed and the workers gone.  They were friendly and very efficient.  They laid down cloths so as not to drag dirt into the house.  They explained everything to me so I totally understood how everything worked.  
I would highly recommend Armor to anyone in need of help with heating issues.

• When we bought this house 15 yrs. ago, we inherited Armor Heating from the previous owner, who had Armor service his furnace. We too were very pleased with their service.  But when it came time for a new furnace, and being new to the area, we did our due diligence researching other companies.  We chose Armor and have never regretted it!  

So when it came time for installing Central Air in this old house, we didn't have to think twice.  Tom Kam, from Armor, came and reviewed the size of our house, explained all their products that were appropriate for our home and we sealed the deal.  A few days later a crew of installers came and completed the job.  Wow!!  I can't say enough good about that team.  Respectful of us and our home, very professional and really knew their job. Their attitude was positive and met every step with pride of workmanship.  They were patient in explaining the whole new system to me, and they cleaned up too.  
You would never have known they were here except for my very comfortable and cool home.  
This is a great company who hire and train wonderful people. 
Note: I did not get Armor heating from Angie's list for the reason stated above. Looked after the fact, because I thought they might be on it, and they were.  Very glad to see it, they deserve the gold star of excellence. ?
