We really like the vet that we see there because he is really a very professional vet.

Everyone at this facility from receptionist, vet techs, office manager to vets are very friendly. Upon exam and diagnosis of cancer, the vet described options available and told me when she would call back.

,I wanted to take the opportunity to write a review of Abbott Road Animal Hospital as I have had an exceptional experience here with Dr. Suzanne Petrillo and the technicians and staff at this facility. My dog, Isabelle, has had Cushings disease for a few years and anyone with knowledge of this disease, knows it is accompanied by other complications.
Dr. Petrillo has always gone above and beyond to care for Isabelle. From prompt phone calls, medication refills, trying to match her hospital stays with my favorite technician of choice, Lauren. She is a caring, knowledgeable, personal veterinarian who has taken exceptional care of my animal and myself when managing this disease has become emotional when my animal is not well.
As recent as today she took the time to sit and speak with me about another unrelated issue, as did the technicians and girls at the front desk. I cannot say enough good things about the personal attention my Isabelle has received at this clinic. Additionally, I cannot stress how much I trust and value Dr. Petrillo. For anyone who wants a very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring experience with a veterinary clinic, I strongly recommend Abbott Road Animal Hospital and Dr. Petrillo.

Abbott Road Animal Hospital has been very good to us and our dog. We got right in and were led to a room, so we didn't have to be around other animals. The place is clean and doesn't smell. The staff are all friendly and courteous.

I really like the care that my dog receives there. The only thing that I did not like about this visit is they recommended that I get my dog's teeth cleaned. This was going to cost around $900. When I told them that I could not do that, they made me feel like I was not taking care of my pet. Other than that, this place does give excellent care. It also is a very clean place. I do plan on using them again.

I am not terribly happy with the way they handled my Dalmatian's cancer diagnosis. They wanted us to euthanize her on the spot and gave us no hope. After some pressure on our part, they did refer us to another animal clinic which was able to help her. They were always fine with regular visits, but we felt we were let down by them when cancer struck our dog. I honestly do not recall the cost for that visit, I was pretty shaken up, but they were always comparable to others.
