explained above that I had a stationary awning put over my deck.......There was no problems and every question that I had was answered and explained fully......l also wanted something done that I wasn't sure of and Vic put in writing that he would add another support pole at no charge if I decided that I wanted it.....

I contacted the provider and Vic came for an estimate.
He did the estimate on site and I accepted it.
I reviewed with my wife the fabrics on the provider website and he sent us samples of the 4 types we were considering - he said that it is always better to see the samples and not only the online colors.
Once we selected a fabric the crew came and installed. They were very professional and well prepared.
