Description of Work: Remodeled powder room - installed new toilet, new vanity, new vanity top, new faucet, new light, new mirror. Removed all prior / old items. Removed wall paper. Painted room walls, ceiling, window, trim. Cost for labor, customer provided parts.

Description of Work: Sean did an excellent remodeling job on our 30 year old dining room. Carpet replaced with hardwood looking laminate flooring, plaster cracks fixed in ceiling, complete painting including windows with many panes, oak stair trends re-finished and stained.

+ 1 moreSean did a very high quality job and keeps the work area clean. At the end he totally cleans up and is a real pleasure to have do work on my house. When I was younger I did all this work myself so I am very fussy yet happy with Sean's work.
Description of Work: Replaced all 2nd story windows with Pella Impervia fiberglass double hung windows. Exterior trimmed in white aluminum and interior beautifully caulked. Sean is extremely clean in doing his work and is a very high quality carpenter. He also did some basement insulation and pegboard wall construction. We plan to have future bath room remodeling done.
