John shows up on time, does very good work, and bills at a known rate. He doesn't take cash under the table which I respect.

So far their service has been stellar.
UNLIKE other services i have used in the past i have not once had to call and request my driveway be cleared. They have stayed on top of the winter weather, even so much as to make a 2nd trip during the day or at night to make sure i am able to use my driveway.
I HIGHLY recommend them for snow removal services.

Have to say when they did the work their people did a very good job and were very nice. Not at all unhappy with it.
The problem lies with the management and just not responding to multiple msgs left.
The snowplowing was just not done within the time frame
required. I work and just cannot wait until 10AM to be plowed out . I had
to shovel the driveway myself to get to work. The reason I hired the company for snowplowing was so I did not have to shovel. Had the management responded we possibly could have worked something out. I did not feel though higher than some that the price was unreasonable.

It is ongoing with John. I can call him to do a variety of tasks.

I have never been unhappy with John's work. He does small jobs when he can fit them in between larger jobs. That works fine for me.

I have used them for 5 years and have been very happy with them. I sign a contract once a year naming the outdoor services I want, and they are taken care of. John is helpful in many ways, friendly and does good work.
