CLASS A CONSTRUCTION

Rich performed this work during the summer of 2010. I wanted to write this review now to attest to the quality of work performed. Now, 8 years later, the paver walkways that were installed are still laser-level! The custom made privacy fence that he made out of cedar is still like new - no issues what so ever. He patiently worked with us on the design of the fence. The landscaping that he planted is all still in good shape. We didn't lose even 1 shrub. The photo of the pavers attached was taken in 2017 (7 years after installation). My wife and I are both very happy customers. Pricing was very competitive (back in 2010). The jobsite was kept neat and tidy at the end of each day. The job was also completed promptly.

It went way better than I expected. I was the general contractor to save money. That is not my expertise and Rich was a bit worried. I bought and ordered all the big stuff and did the design. So we agreed on a per hour basis for his crews service. I could have got burned here but no. My scheduling for materials and other contractors to be on site and on time went smooth. The Class A crew showed up on time and work hard and professionally everyday and they were a pleasure to work with. Excellent quality of work and the few minor issues were corrected with no hassle. They may have been a bit pricey but not for the quality of work. I got more than I paid for. I selected them 6 months in advance. Yes, they are busy because of their rep and were book 6 months out. I had 2 dates for the different jobs and they were only 1 day out for 1 of them. That's nothing and they finished on schedule as well. Remodeling and having your house torn up can be stressful, not with these guys, they were enjoyable to work with. FYI - In the pictures, They did not do the cabinets, countertops or appliances but everything else and worked well with the other contractors that did that work.
