AL'S TREE SERVICE

All went as planned

A large tree limb came down on our garage during a thunderstorm, so we called Al right away. He offered to come out that night, but we felt that waiting until the next day would be fine. Al and his helper Dave came out promptly at 8 a.m. the next morning as agreed. Al and Dave removed the very large limb and all debris efficiently and quickly--the work was done within about an hour. 

 At my request, Al gave me advice on what else we should do to make our yard and trees safe. We will be calling him next week to arrange further work. We have used Al's Tree Service several times in the past, and we highly recommend his company. He is efficient, prompt, and offers a good service for a fair price. 

Excellent! I called Al because I had used his service before, and I noticed a tree right on my property line had started to lean towards the neighbor's yard. Al came out to look over the work and give me the estimate, and we scheduled the job. Al and his crew were on time, and took care to not mark up my freshly sealed driveway. The work was done as planned, plus he removed 2 small trees that were a last minute request from me, for a very low additional charge. The work was done timely, and they left the yard cleaner than it was before. Everything looks great!

Cleaned up every thing. Set a date and was on time. In all it took about 21/2 days to complete. Was better price for service then other ones.

They were prompt; they were there on the day they said they were going to be there. They were really cordial. I liked that they did the job within one day and that they took the debris away. Their bid was lower than some of the other tree services that I contacted. One of the things that I didn't like was when I did the call on the phone they came out and they said it was a complete job which was grinding out, but they did not grind out the stuff. One of the things that I thought they were going to do was there was one tree that he just cut to the fence level and he said he couldn't cut it down and that wasn't part of the contract. So there was some discrepancy with some of the services that he was going to provide, so now I still have two tree stumps and I have to go back and get those grinded out for which he wanted to charge additional money, something like $165 per tree, but the first quote that he gave me, to my understanding, was that he was going to do all of that, grind it out and so forth, so I'm still stuck with another probably $300 of service. Maybe there was some miscommunication somewhere down the line, but I wasn't really happy with the service. One of the things they did, they went over to the neighbor's side and never got permission from the neighbors to take the wires down, and I don't think that was professional. In any case I don't really trust what he says now and I'm not going to call him back to do the tree stumps and I'd rather pay someone else to do the stump; I will be using somebody else to complete this job for me.

He does what I've written above on all the jobs he's done for me.

Very well.......thought the price was a bit high, but did not get other estimates to compare with.

He is very good. The last service was rather difficult since it was a large tree that had impaled some electrical wires in our yard. I think that he is moderately priced as compared to some other places. I would recommend them as someone that I would hire again.

Work was done on-time without damage to surrounding trees. Clean-up was excellent.

Al was very nice and he and his crew were very efficient and fast workers. Arrived earlier than expected, but that was fine with me, and finished entire job in under an hour.

We were very pleased with the job Al and his crew did. They came on the day specified and started the job. This took two days because of the location and the height of the trees (about 70ft). The trees were in the backyard on the side of the property close to bushes, other trees and landscaping. They were thorough in their clean up and the surrounding bushes and trees were not damaged. Al's final bill matched his estimate which was very reasonable compared to other estimates we had received.

I've dealt with them for years and they are fantastic. The owner comes out to give you an estimate and he's there when they do the work. I've found his prices to be middle of the road. He is a great guy to work with, I love him, so we have him come out to do something every year. We started using him about 10 years ago.

I could not be more pleased. The trees were affected by a wind storm earlier that week. Al's provided an estimate on the same day that I called (Sunday). The price was very reasonable. The work was performed exactly as promised the day after I approved the quote.

They were good and they did a very good job. They cleaned up well and explained what they were going to do. They also made everything work. Everything about them was excellent.

I couldn't believe how quickly and how well this job was done. The big tree that was trimmed is huge-- tall and had been quite overgrown. The other trees that were removed were intertwined in an old fence. The shed was an eyesore-- dilapitated wood with windows. Al and his crew (he works along side with them and makes sure the job is done well) were phenomenal. He left stakes in so the fence people would know where the fence line was and even neatly stacked some house tiles that were in the shed in case I would need them at a future date. Everything was neatly removed. I was really pleased with the whole job. I later heard from friends and co-workers that this company is the only one they will call for tree work. I agree

He is excellent and does good work. He is very reliable, always returns phone calls, and has reasonable prices.
