Had tenant who cleaned carpets before moving out but the grocery store carpet cleaning machines never do a good job. Stanley Steemer came very quickly to clean and deodorize all the carpets for the new tenant because there was still cat odor from former tenant's unauthorized kitten. We had the entire house done but they had to return a second time because we did not realize walk-in closets were considered a separate room so they were not scheduled to be done. This was our error but I wished they would have made a comment to us at the time that the walk-in closets were not scheduled to be done. They did return for the closets but then missed one because they said they couldn't find it. They had to return once again because the missed walk-in closet was the one that had the cat odor. When they returned the last time for the last walk-in closet they missed, it was for no additional charge (they said they never saw a walk-in closet in a master bathroom). As end result, they did an excellent job and did not charge for coming back due to their error. I would definitely use them again.

They are fabulous; they are just head and shoulders better than anyone else. They have really high quality equipment and they always come exactly when they say they are going to come. They get spots out, they leave you with spot remover when they leave, and they are just great. They are more professional than any carpet cleaners I have ever used.

I thought the price was reasonable. They were punctual, professional and they explained everything they were going to do. They put things on my furniture for protection. They were efficient.
