Description of Work: The folks at Monsers are just the best. They have taken care of my vehicles for well over a decade and their work is of the highest quality. More important in my opinion, they are honest and concerned with the customers' well being. Whether you're selecting from an array of quality tires or having any kind of maintenance done on your vehicle, you are in good, trustworthy hands at Monsers. They are astute diagnosticians and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to anyone needing tires or auto service in the Oneonta area.

Description of Work: Replaced brakes, rotors, calipers and brakelines. |They were $300 less than a more famous M brand in Oneonta, and were also easy to talk to, clear in describing what they could and couldn't or shouldn't do. |I got a sense I was dealing with reasonable people in business to make lasting relationships with customers, rather than trying to take them for all they could and not thinking about their reputation. |More recently they advised against an expensive service on an older vehicle, providing an effective way to keep it on the road for much less money. |A good find.

 + -1 moreUpon hearing noise in my rear brakes, I brought the car, a 2002 Honda Civic to Monser Brothers for service. They have been servicing my vehicles for several years now that I no longer go to the dealership. The repair, which was a cleaning and lubricating of my calipers and warranteed replacement of pads they had installed, was done promptly, at the time Ihad requested the day before, and the car has been fine since. The crew at Monser is friendly, courteous and professional. I have never felt that they have done work that did not need to be done, nor have I been over-sharged. They have really gone out of their way to do things right.
