Upon hearing noise in my rear brakes, I brought the car, a 2002 Honda Civic to Monser Brothers for service. They have been servicing my vehicles for several years now that I no longer go to the dealership. The repair, which was a cleaning and lubricating of my calipers and warranteed replacement of pads they had installed, was done promptly, at the time Ihad requested the day before, and the car has been fine since. The crew at Monser is friendly, courteous and professional. I have never felt that they have done work that did not need to be done, nor have I been over-sharged. They have really gone out of their way to do things right.
