I made an appointment, and used one of their loaners. They completed the work quickly, and it was done well. A bit pricey but after all, it's a car dealership.

Having agonized over spending big money on a new car (over 3 times the purchase price of any car I'd ever bought), I decided the 2014 Subaru Forester 2.5i CVT with NO additional options was in my price range -- but just barely.
I requested quotes from 6 regional dealers. 5 Star gave me the best price, so I made the deal with them . Then, I found out that
actually getting any car without options is very difficult because dealers almost never order such low-profit vehicles for stock.
After offering me several available cars at slightly higher prices, I insisted on the agreed model, and they ordered it from the Subaru factory. Although Subaru of America said those orders can take 16 weeks or more -- which would have been totally unacceptable to me -- 5 Star worked the system and delivered my car in just 5 weeks!
I appreciate Steven Murphy's patience and competence in fulfilling this sale and dealing with a customer he doubtless saw as stubborn and unyielding.

I really appreciate that they give a loaner car for a minimal fee. They are very prompt with their service. They have taken me to work and brought me back while they work on the car. They are extremely convienent and speedy. In general, the service has been good. They are very customer friendly.
