SMITH'S HOME DECORATING CTR

I had to go to Mike's shop and firmly request for him to come over to my house and finish the job that was paid in full 9 months ago and I also pointed out how I've never asked for any discounts. When he finally came over my house I was verbally abused by Mike Smith for over an hour. He stated that everything in my house was crap anyway. It was very clear to me that he has no knowledge of good quality craftmanship as my house is fully furnished and decorated by Stickley & Audi. He even asked me to assit him holding a floor plank and when I told him I coudn't because I had major surgery the day before he was more furious. Putting up with Mike Smith's harrassment ,bad temper and disrespect was very stressful. When he notice how upset I was on his way out the door he said he was sorry, but I am not sure what was he sorry for. I told him: "I've been never been abused and harrased in my own home"
