flooring contractor
 + -1 moreI had to go to Mike's shop and firmly request for him to come over to my house and finish the job that was paid in full 9 months ago and I also pointed out how I've never asked for any discounts. When he finally came over my house I was verbally abused by Mike Smith for over an hour. He stated that everything in my house was crap anyway. It was very clear to me that he has no knowledge of good quality craftmanship as my house is fully furnished and decorated by Stickley & Audi. He even asked me to assit him holding a floor plank and when I told him I coudn't because I had major surgery the day before he was more furious. Putting up with Mike Smith's harrassment ,bad temper and disrespect was very stressful. When he notice how upset I was on his way out the door he said he was sorry, but I am not sure what was he sorry for. I told him: "I've been never been abused and harrased in my own home"
Description of Work: Had use Mike's services on two previous occasions and was satisfied. On or about November 2009 hired Mike to install flooring on the kitchen. His work was rushed and lacked professionalism. When my husband came home he pointed out how Mike cut a piece of the floring too short and disguised his mistake by installing a one inch piece of floor molding over it. We removed the molding and could see the gap. I called Mike to come and see the gap and repair it. It took him a month to come and see his mistake. After repeated phone calls he came back again and informed me that he was working on my neighbors house and that as soon as he was done in this house he'll come to repair his flaw.
