Although it took about 5 weeks from the time it was transported from the crash site to his shop, Ralph took care of all paperwork and my exceptional insurance coverage even provided me with "free" car rental for the entire time I was without the truck.
Total out of pocket cost was $400.00 (deductible). Extremely pleased with the process. I was allowed to "visit" the truck during the restoration progress. I can find no complaints with the way Ralph handled the situation. The truck had always been garaged, rarely driven and in exceptional condition prior to this incident and considering the amount of front end damage occurred, it now looks as good as it did prior to the accident.

Did a fantastic job of repairing the front end of my Nissan after I hit a deer. Later replaced the gas tank door for my Toyota Prius at a fraction of what the dealer would charge. Very reasonably priced and quick service. Deals with all the insurance paperwork. And Ralph is a great guy as well!
