Top quality. Good customer service. They're professional.

It was a warranty service. It did not cost me anything so that was the only reason I went. If under warranty, I will use them again. If not under warranty, I probably will not use them again.

They always do great work. The only thing was the quote was wrong, but in all fairness they had not seen the vehicle. It was $100.00 more because my model required an additional part.

The other good thing is if no loaner are available, they have their own reasonable car rental.

Engine light was ON. Nye found gas cap was loose. My wife has purchased a new 2004 Pruis' a 2006 Pruis, a 2010 Pruis, and a 2013 Avalon from Nye. All new cars. She takes her 1996 Corvette to Nye GMC for service. She wouldn't go anywhere else.

Although a dealership is often more expensive than others for repairs, I felt that it was best to have the Toyota service center take care of my car due to the type of car(hybrid). The Toyota service center at Nye Automotive has always been polite and responsive. I have been there for regular maintenance as well as inspections and recently the replacement of wheel bearing. I was provided with transportation during the repair time as I have a very busy schedule. They have done a good job of meeting my time constraints and needs and the staff is responsive and courteous.

I have had very positive experiences with them. They are just excellent.

Well I never write reviews but I am so unhappy with the service and the people at NYE GMC I really have to this time.
I had told my husband that I really did not want to take my car to NYE this year since I was not happy with the work they did last year on the car. But since it need a new battery he wanted it taken to the dealer.
1) The side panel they had to take off to but the battery in was not but back on correctly.
2) This is a small thing (but come on when you get charge an arm and a leg you expect the small things handled), they did not reset the oil used %. This is the second year in a row they have not done this.

3) This is the biggest and the most upsetting thing! there was a tube going to the engine that both my husband and myself know was not broken before I dropped the car off, ended up broken.
you could see the clear break (As if someone placed there hand there to lean over and look in the car)
Also there was only fresh clean oil splattered on the engine from me driving it back home from the dealer. (I know it was fresh oil because the car is only a summer car and it driven maybe 1,500 to 2,000 miles every year. I keep it very clean and inspect it all the time.)
When we talked to NYE about the side panel and the broken part they told up to bring it back in they would fix the side panel but that they did not break the tube and it would cost about $300 for them to fix it.
They told my husband that the service guys are very honest and are very good at that they do. Really then why was the side panel but on incorrectly and the oil % not reset.
The part cost my husband $115 and took him 10 minutes to
install. So to end it I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO NYE FOR ANYTHING!!! Not even a simple oil change!!

I originally bought my vehicle there and it is always easy to get in for service. I will use them again in the future.

They are very good representatives for Toyota. They do an excellent job, and charge standard prices which are right in line with everyone else's. They are also very professional and punctual.
