We dropped the vehicle off after hours and put the keys in the drop box since we work and couldn't get there during the shop's normal business hours.  He examined the vehicle the next day.  He didn't proceed with any work until he had contacted us with his findings and the estimated cost of repairs.  When he couldn't reach my husband right away, he called me so he could get right to work.  He determined that the chirping noise was caused by the serpentine belt, but advised that wasn't something we needed to do right away.  He even suggested that it might be something my husband could fix himself if he wanted to.  We appreciated that because that saved us over $100 in parts and labor.  The vibration in the wheels was due to a need for two new tires.  He replaced them with the type we wanted, didn't try to upsell us, and had the work done the same day.  He accepted payment in the form of a credit card.
