I could not be happier with the crew, the bosses/workers were all very polite/professional! Very neat and tidy and picked up everything after the job was complete. I gave about 1/2 the $$$ before the work started and the remainder a week or so after the job was done. There have been 0 issues and everything still looks 110% fantastic. I am pleased and would 100% recommend.

If I could give less than 0 stars, I would. The owner came, shook my hand, looked me in the eye and made A PROMISE to take care of my problem. Took my money and made my problem worse. Several phone calls were made and barely any were returned in almost a year. I will spend my whole summer finding out how to spread the word about this company. I am surprised they get any jobs around here or any good reviews. Oh, maybe they just did not take a single woman with an accent seriously ?!? Or my roof problem was not a big money maker? Think twice before you hire....

For several months, I heard nothing from Campany regarding the timeline of my roof replacement. I contacted the office on several occasions and was advised that they were very busy and that the weather was hindering their ability to keep up with their workload. On two occasions, I was given an estimate of when work would commence. Initially, I was told that it would be 2-4 weeks. It was not. On the second occasion, I was advised that work was to be done the following week. When no one arrived during that week, I contacted the office and canceled the work and requested a refund, which I promptly received. I was not kept sufficiently informed as to the time frame for the completion of this job, and was misled on at least two occasions as to when I could expect work to be done.

They came and had everything done in one day and cleaned up after themselves. They could have been a little bit more professional, but the work was done well. The had set up an initial date but it had rained that day so they did not come out to the work at the appointment time but came later.

We made the mistake of going with a low bidder. Hired "Reece and Son" roofers, bought all the materials and gave them 1/3 down. They cashed the check, stripped off 1/4 of the roof and took another job, leaving the barn exposed for a month. Came back, stripped more off and left it exposed for the entire winter while storing their crap in my barn. Came back after many, many calls; did a little more work; asked for more money and then one day packed up and left (barn roof still exposed). DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!
We called Jim at Campany Roof in a panic! He came out, gave us a very reasonable quote and started right away. Showed up with an experienced crew, the right equipment and ended up fixing the other roofers mistakes. Finished the job in 3 weeks (other guy took 4 months!), did great work and followed up every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Learn from our mistake and stick with a qualified, reliable company like Campany and stay away from the lower priced, cash poor, fly by night outfits. The low bid is not always the best deal.

3 weeks ago, July 2011, we cut into the attic crawl space to add central Air to the 2nd story and found that all of our sheathing is covered with mold. Campany roofing put felt over all of the peaks that needed to be cut out for the ridge vent. For 4 years there has been no ventilation in our attic space, none. It is covered with mold. The lack of ventilation now explains the ice d*** buildups we have had and also mold on our windows on the 2nd story. This is all brand new construction and brand new windows.
We called Campnay right away and left voice mails for them to come out, no return calls, I used a different phone because we were sure they were screening our calls. They answered and said they did not receive our messages. I explained the situation and asked if the owner could call us back, this went on for another 2 weeks, with no call back. Last week we received a call that they were sending an estimator out to look at it. We were not home that day. They will not reschedule and the owner has still not called us. To date, we have had two Mold abatement companies come in and give us quotes around $5000 to remove the mold. We are waiting on test results to tell us if this is toxic or not. One of the companies said our roof looked like the roof you would find in a 30 year old house not 4 yrs old. Any reputable company would have contacted us and discussed what our options are to fix this. They have not done that and I have to wonder how many other homes this sloppy workmanship was done on and the homeowners do not know yet..
