Floyd Turner Plumbing-Heating

I reached out to Taylor plumbing after learning they had installed the original water and heating system when my home was renovated 15 years ago. As far as I was aware, the prior owner never had them come out to service or repair the system.
After purchasing my home, I learned that the system was in great need of service and repair. I reached out to have them come to my home. A woman called me to schedule, and I gave her a series of 5 dates that would work well (weekday or weekend). She was scheduled to call me back to schedule but never did.
I reached out 2 additional times, leaving messages on their answering machine, however no one has ever contacted me back.
I find their service an professionalism appalling at best. Not only did they lose my business for this need, but they have lost my ongoing business for regular servicing.
