They came in the last cold days of winter (12 degrees f) and cut down a very tall dead old tree. The had to postpone the tree cutting by one day, because they had a little issue getting their lift (cherry picker) running. They showed up promptly the next day, and did call to notify me of the delay instead of leaving me hanging. The tree came down smoothly, nothing damaged. The price was about 1/2 what I expected it to be after talking to other tree cutters. Now my dead tree worries are over.
