My dogs were both adopted and were pretty shabby looking when I took them home. I knew they needed a bath and a hair cut so I asked a friend where she took her dog to be groomed and she recommended Dogs Days Salon in Olean, NY. Best advice I ever received! MaryLynn Page, who owns and operates Dog Days Salon, not only is an expert dog groomer, but she is also a loving, caring person. She is a dog owner and understands that very special bond people and their dogs share. She is also fortunate to have her dad working with her and he is wonderful with all the dogs, too! MaryLynn took all the time needed to bathe and groom the dogs. She also checked each dog for cuts, infections, ear problems and let me know that one of my dogs had a serious ear infection which might require a vet visit. MaryLynn seemed to take great pride in her work, and it showed. When I picked up my dogs, they were immaculate (and smelled so good) beautifully groomed, ears cleaned, nails clipped, throroughly checked over - and they were happy! My dogs were also safe here - very important! Her prices are reasonable and the shop and equipment are kept in meticulous condition. During our conversation, MaryLynn said she keeps up on her skills by attending dog grooming seminars and shows throughout the year and knows how to show off the best in each breed. I want the best for my beloved dogs - we all do. So when it comes to grooming them, I wouldn't take them anywhere else but Dogs Days Salon in Olean, NY.
