Rich was wonderful. I called on a Monday and he came over that Friday. He let me know that his base price for tuning is $100 for an hour to an hour and a half of tuning, but may be more depending on the job. My piano was recently purchased used, and needed a serious tuning. Rich worked for two hours and fifteen minutes and charged $150. The piano sounds beautiful. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
