 + -1 moreRich was wonderful. I called on a Monday and he came over that Friday. He let me know that his base price for tuning is $100 for an hour to an hour and a half of tuning, but may be more depending on the job. My piano was recently purchased used, and needed a serious tuning. Rich worked for two hours and fifteen minutes and charged $150. The piano sounds beautiful. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Description of Work: A very experienced piano tuner with a good personality. The piano sounded great after he tuned it and I thought that his charge of $100 for more than 1.5 hrs. of work was very fair. I will use him again.

 + -1 moreRich was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process, from the initial call to saying goodbye. I would highly recommend Rich's services for anyone who needs a piano tuned, no matter what shape it's in.
Description of Work: I contacted Rich about my old baby grand piano which hasn't been touched in over 10 years. I was afraid that it was long gone and wouldn't even be able to be tuned up properly. Rich assured me that he works with beat up pianos all the time and that he'd get it back into shape for me. Rich quoted me $100 over the phone and to my pleasant surprise, that's exactly what he charged me when he was done! He was right - the piano sounds great again, like it's brand new! I am a very impressed and happy customer. Thanks Rich!
