Grace Home did very nice work and the price was fair.  Especially pleased with the tile.  I wish they had a 'communication' rating.  I'm not saying there was anything wrong but I would have given them a B for communication rather than an A because there were a few glitches that caused some touch ups and repeat visits to the tile store.  I was very satisfied with the final outcome and I would use them again.

They were very nice, but I didn't give them the job, because I am still working on it. I was providing the material and he was going to do the tile work, and the floor, and the tub work. I thought the price was fair. He has called me twice already to follow up.

I had no problem with them. They did good work and I was very satisfied. They were referred to me. They worked with my insurance company due to Hurricane Sandy. They did everything according to what was specified by state law. They did the work quickly to beat the winter. They were here all the time before I woke up.

When I called them, it took them a long time to return my calls. I never hired them to do any work for me. The estimate they gave me was too expensive.

We had the greatest experience with Graceful Home Remodeling. Marie and Glen from the beginning were on target with what we wanted they listened to what we talked about and designed a plan to accomplish our goals for our house. They made suggestions that we did not even think about that really made the house more than we could have asked for.We had every detail of our project laid out for us, they made it easy to do one step at a time. Every aspect was broken down into easy steps that made our project just move along at a surprisingly fast pace. We were done before our projected completion date. Every detail of the job was supervised by Marie she was more worried than us about our home. I would recommend Graceful Home Remodeling to anyone who asks about doing any type of project around the house.

Not well, a former roofer starts his new business promising the world if i only give him a chance. He had done a skylight and capping job for me while he worked for his former employer and that was the best contractor experience i had ever had. So i gave him a chance and was REALLY SORRY i did. His learn while you do, was a nightmare. I had agreed to purchase all the fixtures and tile and his price would be for sheetrock, plywood, piping and electrical supplies. He offered me a fantastic price for the work. Promised me all work would be done with licensed contractors and done with proper permits. Roughly $7,000 of the total finished cost of $25,000 was his labor and materials. After his men took 3 days to gut the bathroom only using hammers, the licensed plumber came to look at the job and said he wouldn't have time so Miquel said that his other workers could do the job, i had no choice but to agree. sum up, we've had 5 different leaks, damage to stairs and floor from demo.

This customer was given restitution and satisfied by Marie Caldari owner of Graceful Home Remodeling even though the contract was signed under false pretenses. This is the one and only problem our company has ever had and will ever have. Now all projects are sold and serviced by the owner. We can give you hundreds of references that will brag about the services we supply and the work we preform. Our projects are done on time and under budget. We take great pride in being the best in all categories. Quality of work, starting and completing on time, staying under budget, and most importantly happy customers. please ask us for references, we will add you to our happy customer list too."
