I like their service with a smile.  I have got to know all three doctors, and the PA.  I have got to know them all very well.  They are all very helpful if they don’t have the answer they will find it for you immediately.  You are not a number there. You are a person.  They take care of you.  You have a say in what is going to happen.  They don’t have an ordering attitude and they don’t command you to do.  They will tell you what they are finding and they suggest providing ways of how to attack it and get your opinion on it too.  They will give you the recommendations and if one does not like it they are willing to modify it a little bit.  They work with you.  I go every three months to do the A1C check up, whatever else lab works they want you to do.  I have been diabetes for 12 years.  I also see a specialist whom I see once a year.  Availability is excellent but sometimes they take vacation too or someone is more important that day because he might need more care than you.  The facility is wonderful with all brand new building.  The three doctors are very efficient.  I have not had to wait very long, 10, 15 minutes at the most because if someone took longer which is understandable as they work with you until you are done.  They don’t run through you.  As for communication I can call any time and get information any time.
