When I first called them (about 11:30 am) they asked questions and provided a list of possible causes and recommendations if I felt comfortable enough to solve the problem myself. Their tone was one of interest, not indifference. We set up an appointment two days out to give me time to try a couple of their suggestions . at 2:30 that same day they called and said that someone was available and could be here in 20 minutes. I said come on down. Their rep was wonderful. He listened to what I had previously done to troubleshoot the issue and then picked it up from that point on. He didn't go back and retrace my work - thus saving time and effort. He didn't criticize any previous electricians work. After isolating the source of the problem he let me decide on the solution. There was an extra line which the previous owners had left and so he used that to remove the problem section of wiring and within two hours start to finish he was done. He also noted a couple small "housekeeping matters" (e.g., cracks in conduits) that he sealed up in the process. In a word EXCELLENT.
