They've been pretty good. I've been using them for many years. I pay by the month. It varies depending on whether they are putting down any kind of fertilizer or pest control or whatever.

He's been alright. I don't think he's perfect but he's OK. He seems to be on time. He does nice work. He is responsive. He is professional. He is not the happiest person in the world but he is easy to work with. He sends you a list of what he's going to do. He has a lot of paperwork and I'm not too thrilled about that.

Tom's Landscape Gardening Incorporated comes when they say they will. They do call first to make sure it's OK with us. Sometimes there's a language problem, but they try to have at least one English-speaking person there. They do what we tell them to do and are very friendly. The owner is very diligent in making sure his customers are happy.

I also have them do our weekly maintenance for us. They pretty much do the pruning within my yard. They do cost more but they do such a nice job. I pay $170 a month just for the basics. I did use them at our other house to so really I have been dealing with them for nine years. They did do well with filling in the gap, but, it was just a little on the pricey side.

For the hard work Tom Ryan did for us, we really got our money's worth out of him. He did an amazing job and has some good engineering techniques that we now marvel at. He has a crew that does the labor but he is a one man operation. He communicates with you as a customer and that is nice.

I AM NOT TOO PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE CREW WAS ALWAYS IN A RUSH TO GET FINISHED. THERE WAS A MAJOR LACK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL AS PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

I AM NOT HERE WHEN THEY DO THE WORK, BUT I CAN TELL WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN HERE. I WORK A LOT AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB ABOUT NOT BOTHERING ME WITH LITTLE QUESTIONS. THEY JUST DO THE WORK AND IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, I LEAVE THEM A NOTE AND THEY FIX IT.
