Our dishwasher stopped draining water and water began to spill out onto our kitchen floor. We thought for sure we would need a new dishwasher. We searched online and came across Recommended Major Appliance Repair. We received prompt service, and the technician was able to accommodate us on our busy schedule. We received excellent service from our technician Paul. He was able to find the issue and had our old dishwasher back up and running in no time. He saved the day. I definitely recommend their services and will be looking to them for any future repairs needed for our appliances.

Still waiting... Over 2 months without AC in the main area of my home. The guys that came to the job were nice enough but still no AC. The woman who answers the phones is rude and completely incompetent. Wants to pass all the work on the to customer. "Can't you have your old contractor order the part, I can't find it" Completely useless and unprofessional.

"We always try to complete our jobs as soon as possible but in this case we had to follow procedures of your extended warranty. Since to your AC was just installed less than a year ago parts needed were covered by the manufacturers warranty. We are waiting on the special order part and will install it upon receipt."
