It's rare to get a contractor who does the work personally. Usually the owner sells you on the deal and visits from time to time, but they're not on site to do or manage the work. Izik is.
The normal rule on thumb with contractors.....on time, on budget, done correctly.....pick 2. This was the first project I did where I got all 3! Project was delivered in the window of time promised.
He also offers sound advice for planning. Izik spotted a problem with the appliances purchased, not the appliance store. Turns out the professional stove could not have the matching microwave above it....and he told me to call the manufacturer to verify...and he was right!
All along the way, Izik and his team suggested ways to get big bang for little cost. He suggested a low-cost floor tile, that spruced up with small accents, now looks like an expensive floor.
Without question I will use them again for a bathroom renovation. It takes a while to get on their schedule, so plan in advance.

The job was done wonderfully. Izik makes sure that what he is doing is exactly what you want -- no surprises. He went shopping with us to help pick out the needed plumbing and tile supplies, and he arrange pickup/delivery of any supplies purchased locally. We would definitely use this company again.

I was extremely pleased with the work. It was done in a timely and professional manner. Izik is very easy to work with and totally backs up his work. If there is any problem, he clears it up without any question. I would be happy to use Izik again and also to recommend him to others.

They were not on Angies list, but my friend had used them for a Major kitchen rennovation and highly recommended them. I checked out their work on their facebook page and made the call.

I never thought that this undertaking would be so easy. All I had to do was open the door in the morning and let them go at it. Father and son team of PROFESSIONAL contractors. They do a lot of work themselves and bring in licensed plumbers, electricians, tilers, etc. to supplement their jobs.

Izik (the father and moving force) was very considerate of budget, helpful with suggestions and my construction as he said he would - All timely, professionally and neatly. I was especially impressed with the way they cleaned as best as possible at the end of each day. Made living with the mess easier.
